The Mulberry Schools Trust is deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday 8^th September 2022. Her Majesty was the longest-reigning British monarch, who meant so much to us here at Mulberry and so many people in the United Kingdom and right around the world. Many will remember Her Majesty for her warmth and humour and she will be greatly missed.

Our deepest condolences are with His Majesty King Charles III and the whole of the Royal Family. We know many families will be greatly affected by this news and Mulberry stands with the nation in this period of mourning.

Our schools will be marking this moment in their own ways, led by their Headteachers. This type of news can affect how we feel and we will ensure all our students and members of staff are well supported.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was one of the very great women of our time and her achievements as a leader and figurehead are remarkable. We will miss her presence in our national life very much.
